CANCELLATION POLICY
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office.
AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

Before April 27, 2019: only reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
Before May 07, 2019: one night accommodation will be kept and the remaining amount will be refunded
From May 08, 2019: No refund
No show (cancellation within 48 hours from check-in date), amendments and cancellations after May 08, 2019: No refund

Please Note
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.

FLORENCE CITY TAX – IMPORTANT
Starting from 01st July 2011, Florence City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Florence.
Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:
• € 5,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
• € 4,80 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
• € 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels
The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay.
