A 37-year-old healthy male presented with a 5-day history of blurred vision in the right eye. Medical and ocular histories were unremarkable, and the patient was not taking any medications. On examination, visual acuity was 20/250 in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye; anterior segment examination was within normal limits in both eyes. Based on multimodal imaging evaluation a diagnosis of Atypical Bullous Acute form of CSC was made. In four weeks the massive subretinal fluid completely reabsorbed without any medication.
