Bio:
Francesco Boscia, MD, is Associate Professor and Chair at the Department of Ophthalmology at the Sassari University, Italy.
His clinical interests are in medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. He received his medical degree from Bari University in 1986, completed his general ophthalmology residency at the same university in 1991 and a vitreoretinal fellowship at King’s College Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London in 1999. He has authored over 65 peer-reviewed papers.
